What is a PA Rev-1220 and do I need it?

ONLY APPLIES TO BUSINESSES SELLING WITHIN PENNSYLVANIA

If your business is in PA, this (OPTIONAL) form will allow you to be exempt from paying sales tax when you purchase products wholesale.

Barbershops/ Salons/ Retail Stores: check box #3 and fill in your PA SALES TAX LICENSE ID NUMBER.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. We have a low order minimum of only $150.
Who can apply for a wholesale account?

We work with barbershops, salons, boutiques, apothecaries, and select retail shops that align with the Hemlock brand.
What is the return policy?

We want every wholesale order to arrive exactly as expected. If anything arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a verified product quality issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, account credit, or refund when appropriate.

Wholesale orders are final sale unless there is an issue with the product or order.
Where are your hair products manufactured?

Every Hemlock hair product, with the exception of our Styling Powder, is made in the USA. For products made with trusted global manufacturing partners, we carefully select facilities that meet our standards for quality, consistency, and product integrity.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer testers or samples?

Yes. We’re happy to discuss samples or testers for approved wholesale partners.
Can i sell Hemlock products online?

How long do wholesale orders take to ship?

Most wholesale orders ship within 2 business days, depending on order size and product availability.
Can I sell Hemlock on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or other marketplaces?

Wholesale partners may not resell Hemlock products on third party marketplaces without written approval.
Do you offer display materials or product education?

Yes. We can provide product guidance, selling points, and recommendations to help your team choose the right products for customers.
Do you offer exclusivity by area?

We review exclusivity requests on a case by case basis depending on location, order volume, and retail fit.
