Where are Hemlock products manufactured?
Every Hemlock hair product, with the exception of our Styling Powder, is made in the USA. For products made with trusted global manufacturing partners, we carefully select facilities that meet our standards for quality, consistency, and product integrity.
Why is my product separating slightly?
That's actually a good thing! Your product is made with natural ingredients and botanicals. Often, more naturally based products will slightly separate if not used on a regular basis. Simply stir the next time you use the product.
What is your return policy?
We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If anything arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a verified product quality issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll review the issue and make it right with a replacement, account credit, or refund.
